We do not impose solutions, since no individual or expert has the key to the future, all solutions must come from the local and the communal.
We mediate between experts and interested groups to guide their design process.
We encourage the use of their inherent knowledge, experience and creativity so that the decisions that are made are informed and consistent.
We carry out a follow-up so that the solutions, action plans and implementation design are carried out as intended.
